BLAIR ADVENTURES RENTAL POLICIES

Reservations & Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve your inflatable and event date. Your reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due prior to setup on the day of your event unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations, Refunds & Weather
We understand that plans and weather conditions can change. Rentals may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, severe storms, or other conditions that could affect safe operation. Weather-related decisions will be made with safety as the priority. Deposits and payments are subject to the cancellation and refund terms provided at booking. Please contact Blair Adventures as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your rental.

Delivery & Setup
Blair Adventures provides delivery and professional setup within our service area. Customers are responsible for ensuring the setup location is accessible, reasonably level, clear of debris, and large enough for the selected inflatable. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on event location.

Safety & Supervision
Adult supervision is required while inflatable equipment is in use. Customers and guests must follow all posted safety rules and operating instructions provided by Blair Adventures. Equipment may not be moved after setup without authorization.

Damage & Cleaning
Customers are responsible for preventing misuse, intentional damage, excessive soiling, and prohibited items from entering or coming into contact with the inflatable. Silly String, food, drinks, gum, face paint, confetti, glitter, and sharp objects are strictly prohibited on or near the equipment. Silly String and certain other substances can permanently stain or damage inflatable vinyl. Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges may apply if equipment is returned in a condition beyond normal use.

Wet & Dry Rentals
Inflatables designated for wet or dry use may only be used in the manner selected for the reservation. Water may not be used with equipment designated for dry use.

Event Space & Utilities
Customers are responsible for providing adequate space and access to appropriate electrical outlets. For wet rentals, access to a functioning water source and hose connection must be available unless otherwise arranged.
